1 room apartment of 120 m² in Berlin

English: The apartment is located on the 1st floor and attic, with its own entrance and staircase. The house consists of two apartments: the ground floor is occupied by the owner, while we have been renting the upper and attic floors for the past year. Since we will not need the entire apartment in 2025, we have permission to offer it here. A cleaning service is available and, upon arrangement, can enter the apartment to clean, as well as wash and change bed linens and towels. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers plenty of space. The single beds can be removed upon request, or you can use them as needed. The second bedroom is located in the attic, featuring air conditioning and connected via a spiral staircase. It also has its own bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a shower. German: Das Apartment befindet sich in 1. OG + Dachgeschoss mit eigenem Eingangsbereich und Treppenaufgang. Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen. Unten im EG ist eine vom Eigentümer bewohnte Wohnung und die im Ober- und Dachgeschoss wird seit einem Jahr bereits von uns gemietet. Da wir im Jahr 2025 nicht komplett die Wohnung benötigen werden, haben wir die Erlaubnis sie hier anzubieten. Es existiert ein Reinigunsservice der bei Bedarf und Abstimmung die Wohnung betritt um sauber zu machen und Wäsche und Handtücher zu waschen und zu wechseln. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet jede Menge Platz. Die Einzelbetten können auf Wunsch auch wieder abgebaut werden oder Sie nutzen sie natürlich bei Bedarf. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss mit Klimatisierung und mit einer Wendeltreppe nach oben verbunden + eigenem Badezimmer. Beide Bäder haben Badewanne und Dusche.
