1 room apartment of 35 m² in Winterberg

English: Feel at home in my cozy TREEHOUSE right next to the Kurpark. It consists of 3 apartments and an indoor playground, a real highlight for young and old when the weather is bad! The apartments are very well equipped, . with WiFi, smart TVs with their own Netflix account, SNES (OAK), Sonos speakers. Indoor playground: Nintendo Switch, table football, darts, Lego etc. Community garden with grill, ski room, bike garage, washing machine and dryer. Pets are welcome (book)! The 35m² studio on the ground floor is furnished with stylish furniture and you will find a number of extras that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. A small dressing room takes you into the heart of the apartment: the cozy living room with vaulted ceilings and wall spotlights (former stables!) is a kitchen, living/dining room and bedroom at the same time. The kitchen is small but nice: espresso maker and filter machine (incl. coffee/espresso), microwave with grill function (combi device), large refrigerator with freezer compartments, electric milk frother, induction hotplates, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking. In addition to the dining table for a maximum of 4 people, you will also find a corner sofa (extendable sofa bed) and a swiveling Smart TV (incl. Netflix account) as well as Sonos speakers for playing your favorite music, podcasts, YouTube etc. If you swivel the TV correctly , you can watch TV/gamble both from the bed and from the sofa. Gamble? Yes, there is a SNES Mini that you can use to play old-school Mario World or Street Fighter! The bed is a 160cm wide box spring bed (H3). I can optionally provide another baby travel cot. The bathroom is not large, but adequate and modern with a heated towel rail and a floor-level shower. Here you will find everything you need: a hair dryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo. The apartment is more suitable for two than for four people (you will sleep in the same room), but can be booked for four people if desired, it is laid out accordingly (dishes, blankets, chairs, etc.). indoor playground The play area as a common room is on the first floor and offers something for all ages: large TV with Nintendo Switch, table football, darts, small climbing wall, children's slide & playhouse, baby swing, various toys such as Lego... Other common areas: garden with grill and seating, ski room, bike garage, washer/dryer. Pets are welcome! Es besteht aus 3 Apartments und einem Indoorspielplatz, ein echtes Highlight für Groß und Klein bei schlechtem Wetter! Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, u.A. mit WLAN, Smart-TVs mit eigenem Netflix-Account, SNES (OAK), Sonos-Lautsprechern. Indoorspielplatz: Nintendo Switch, Kicker, Darts, Lego etc. Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Grill, Skiraum, Bikegarage, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Haustiere sind willkommen (mitbuchen)! Das 35m² große Studio im Erdgeschoss ist mit stylischen Möbeln eingerichtet und Du findest hier eine Reihe an Extras, die die Standards normaler Ferienwohnungen weit übersteigen. Über einen kleinen Ankleideraum gelangt ihr in das Herz der Wohnung: Der gemütliche Wohnraum mit gewölbten Decken und Wandstrahlern (ehemalige Stallung!) ist gleichzeitig Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist klein aber fein: Espressokocher- und Filtermaschine (inkl. Kaffee/Espresso), Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion (Combigerät), großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern, elektrischer Milchaufschäumer, Induktionskochplatten, Wasserkocher, Toaster und allem, was du zum Kochen brauchst. Neben dem Esstisch für maximal 4 Personen findet ihr hier auch ein Ecksofa (Schlafsofa ausziehbar) und einen schwenkbaren Smart-TV (inkl. Netflix Account) sowie Sonos-Lautsprecher zum Abspielen von Lieblingsmusik, Podcasts, YouTube etc.. Wenn ihr den Fernseher richtig schwenkt, könnt ihr sowohl vom Bett, als auch vom Sofa Fernsehen/zocken. Zocken? Ja, es gibt einen SNES Mini, auf dem ihr richtig schön oldschool Mario World oder Street Fighter zocken könnt! Das Bett ist ein 160cm breites Boxspringbett (H3). Ein weiteres Baby-Reisebett kann ich optional zur Verfügung stellen. Das Badezimmer ist nicht groß, aber ausreichend und modern mit Handtuchwärmer und bodentiefer Dusche. Hier findest du alles, was du brauchst: Einen Föhn, Handtücher, Duschgel und Haarshampoo. Die Wohnung ist eher für zwei als für vier Personen geeignet (ihr schlaft im gleichen Raum), kann aber wenn gewünscht gerne für vier Personen gebucht werden, sie ist entsprechend ausgelegt (Geschirr, Decken, Stühle etc.). Indoorspielplatz Das Spieleland als Gemeinschaftsraum befindet sich auf dem ersten OG und bietet etwas für jedes Alter: Großer Fernseher mit Nintendo Switch, Kicker, Darts, kleine Kletterwand, Kinderrutsche & Spielhaus, Babyschaukel, diverses Spielzeug wie bspw. Lego... Weitere Gemeinschaftsbereiche: Garten mit Grill und Sitzmöglichkeiten, Skiraum, Bikegarage, Waschmaschine/Trockner. Haustiere sind willkommen! (Müssen aber mit „gebucht“ werden)
