1 room apartment of 35 m² in Winterberg

Feel at home in my cozy TREEHOUSE right next to the Kurpark. It consists of 3 apartments and an indoor playground, a real highlight for young and old when the weather is bad! The apartments are very well equipped, . with WiFi, smart TVs with their own Netflix account, SNES (OAK), Sonos speakers. Indoor playground: Nintendo Switch, table football, darts, Lego etc. Community garden with grill, ski room, bike garage, washing machine and dryer. Pets are welcome (book)! The 35m² studio on the ground floor is furnished with stylish furniture and you will find a number of extras that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. A small dressing room takes you into the heart of the apartment: the cozy living room with vaulted ceilings and wall spotlights (former stables!) is a kitchen, living/dining room and bedroom at the same time. The kitchen is small but nice: espresso maker and filter machine (incl. coffee/espresso), microwave with grill function (combi device), large refrigerator with freezer compartments, electric milk frother, induction hotplates, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking. In addition to the dining table for a maximum of 4 people, you will also find a corner sofa (extendable sofa bed) and a swiveling Smart TV (incl. Netflix account) as well as Sonos speakers for playing your favorite music, podcasts, YouTube etc. If you swivel the TV correctly , you can watch TV/gamble both from the bed and from the sofa. Gamble? Yes, there is a SNES Mini that you can use to play old-school Mario World or Street Fighter! The bed is a 160cm wide box spring bed (H3). I can optionally provide another baby travel cot. The bathroom is not large, but adequate and modern with a heated towel rail and a floor-level shower. Here you will find everything you need: a hair dryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo. The apartment is more suitable for two than for four people (you will sleep in the same room), but can be booked for four people if desired, it is laid out accordingly (dishes, blankets, chairs, etc.). indoor playground The play area as a common room is on the first floor and offers something for all ages: large TV with Nintendo Switch, table football, darts, small climbing wall, children's slide & playhouse, baby swing, various toys such as Lego... Other common areas: garden with grill and seating, ski room, bike garage, washer/dryer. Pets are welcome! (But must be “booked”)
