1 room apartment of 52m² in Berlin

*The apartment is available from the 1st of July 2026 until 1st of September. Nice cozy Flat with a bedroom and a living room in the centre of Berlin in one of the nicest areas here. The flat is a bit old school and not super modern. The flat is already furnished and has everything that you need for living (pans, plates, bowls, watterkettle, microwave, fridge etc.). There is no option to rent it without the furniture. Internet and Electricity is included in the price, as well as the use of the furniture so its an all included price. No smoking in the apartment. I'm looking for a single person that is more on the calm side. A cat used to live in the flat so it’s not suitable for people with allergies. The flat is really comfortable, has a big kitchen in which u can do nice dinner and cooking evenings, a bathroom with a bathtub and window, a cute little bedroom for resting and cuddling and a bigger living room with a big desk for work and a sofa for hanging out or watching movies. There's also dresser and a clothes rack with enough space for your clothing. In the daytime there is a lot of light and as it is in the back house it is pretty calm. There's a music school in the neighborhood so u hear singers doing their practice every now and then. There is also a church next door, so you will hear the bell regularly, but I never felt like that it is disturbing. It is a quite calm house and the neighbors here are friendly. There are also families with children, that is one other reason why I want somebody who is calm, not a Berlin party person and reliable.
