The flat is part of a newly constructed building in Berlin-Reinickendorf close to Wedding. The Schillerpark and Schäfersee, the underground stations Rehberge and Paracelsusbad, S-Bahn Alt-Reinickendorf and various bus lines are within walking distance. It is located on the 3rd floor, is bright and can be reached by lift. As we will not be using the flat until spring 2025, we would like to rent it out in the meantime, . to people who are new to Berlin for professional reasons, do not yet have their own flat and would like to have the comfort of a fully furnished flat for a few months. There is a large living/dining area with a new kitchen and south-facing balcony. A sofa bed makes it possible for 2 guests to stay overnight. The bedroom has a double bed.
