3 rooms apartment of 80m² in Berlin

The apartment is available for rent from January to March. This is a very nice 3-room apartment on the top floor in the Florakiez district near Pankow S-Bahn station and Wollankstraße S-Bahn station, with many shops, cafes, and beautiful parks. The apartment is accessible by elevator, all windows face sunny sides, and the photos listed as bedrooms in the listing show two separate rooms: a bedroom and a children's room. The latter could also be used if necessary, but would need to be prepared accordingly. The main room is a living and dining room combined with an eat-in kitchen. The latter actually has all the essentials. The balcony is spacious and, at least in sunny weather, is a great place to linger, even in winter. The fact that so much sunlight enters the apartment makes it very pleasant in winter and hardly cold underfoot. Overall, we would say this is a pretty nice 80m² apartment in a prime location. Since it is a quiet residential building, parties or loud gatherings are prohibited. It's also a non-smoking household, and smoking is permitted on the balcony.
