Behind the house we have a small park where you can sit comfortably. The U2 underground line takes you to Alexanderplatz, Schönhauser Allee (Mauerpark) or Eberswalder Straße in just a few stops. The M1 also runs regularly to the city center, for example to Hackescher Markt. Free parking is available in front of the building. For sports enthusiasts, there is the Kissingenstadion nearby (just 200 meters around the corner) with a soccer pitch, a 400-meter running track and a calisthenics area.
