A friendly shared apartment for International and German students or employees located in Northern part of Mitte (central Berlin) offering a big shared kitchen/living room and a clear view over the surrounding houses. It has all you need and is located in central Berlin, however well connected to the Parks of Pankow and to the lakes in the North. There is a direct bus to Berlin-Gesundbrunnen, with high-speed train connection (ICE and Eurocity). Underground is 12 min walk or one bus-stop away only. You can actually take the bus every 10 minutes just around the corner or choose between two S-Bahn and a metro. The modern kitchen / living room offers a lot of space to prepare and enjoy a dinner together with the flatmates, if you feel for. There is a big bathroom, too, with daylight and enough space to dry your laundry. Kitchen, bathroom, hallway and bedrooms have been renovated recently. The whole apartment is about 103sqm. Room 3 is permanently rented out to a friendly IT student (female) from Germany. Room 1 currently rented out to a female exchange student from U.S.. Bedroom 2 is rented to a German MBA student. There is a nice collection of local shops and restaurants just a few minutes away. The river Panke is around the corner and offers scienic walks for recreation, for jogging or escaping the city for a bike ride along the river. Sie liegt in der Nähe des Flüsschens Panke und bietet tolle Anbindung sowohl zu den grünen Parks und klaren Seen im Norden Berlins als auch zur Berliner Innenstadt, dem ICE-Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen sowie S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Bus. Der Bus fährt alle 10 Minuten direkt um die Ecke und Du hast die Wahl zwischen zwei S-Bahnen und einer U-Bahn. Das Alter der Bewohner schwankt ungefähr zwischen 20 und 45 Jahren. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt gibt es eine nette Auswahl an lokalen Geschäften, Restaurants und Moscheen. Am Fluss Panke, gleich um die Ecke, kannst Du durchs Grün spazieren, Dich erholen, joggen oder mit dem Fahrrad der Stadt entfliehen. Eine Videokonferenz mit dem Vermieter oder den anderen beiden MieterInnen vor Vertragszeichnung ist möglich.
