We are renting out our dream apartment in “Offebach” to anyone who wants to live in a chic, modern, yet comfortable and centrally located apartment. If you like going to the cinema, want to walk to the supermarket just across the street and want to be at the airport in 15 minutes or at Frankfurt Central Station in 12 minutes by car (or not), then this is the El Dorado of connections for you. The apartment is rented fully furnished, as shown in the pictures. The fitted kitchen is equipped with brand-name appliances The fitted kitchen is equipped with brand-name appliances, and a height-adjustable desk and monitor are available for home office use. The spacious living room with adjoining dining area and open access to the kitchen provides room to relax and feel at home. The bathroom and guest toilet are each equipped with a shower, and the bathroom also has a bathtub. Whether TV, printer, or Wi-Fi: everything is there. Next to the bedroom is a children's room, currently furnished with a loft bed, desks, and wardrobes. If you don't have children but are the “perfect temporary tenant,” we could see if it's worth clearing out or rearranging the room. But otherwise: 1-2 children are welcome! The pretty balcony overlooking the courtyard is perfect for relaxing moments in the fresh air. The other residents of the building are great people between the ages of 4 months and 74 years. At least, that's our assessment. ;-) Feel free to for a short-term viewing. In conclusion, the following can be said about the apartment: Moving in couldn't be easier.
