The apartment also faces the tracks, which when standing on the balcony you can hear the trains go by, but they are not that loud. On the upside, the balcony is not facing the street, so you can't hear any traffic from cars.

Es gibt eine praktische Falttür, die geschlossen werden kann, um das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer zu trennen und so für mehr Privatsphäre zu sorgen.
Meine Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock und ist über einen Aufzug im Gebäude leicht zu erreichen, sodass Sie Ihr Gepäck problemlos mitnehmen und sich problemlos in der Wohnung bewegen können.
Das Beste an diesem Ort ist die Nähe zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle, sodass man sich sehr bequem in der Stadt fortbewegen kann.
Die Wohnung ist auch auf die Gleise ausgerichtet, so dass man vom Balkon aus zwar die vorbeifahrenden Züge hören kann, diese aber nicht so laut sind. Positiv ist, dass der Balkon nicht zur Straße hin ausgerichtet ist, so dass man den Autoverkehr nicht hört.
