3 rooms apartment of 70 m² in Stuttgart

English: Completely renovated and newly furnished 3-room apartment (70m²) which I temporarily sublet when I am travelling abroad myself. It is barrier-free and is located on the ground floor on a hillside. There are no stairs to walk. In summer the roofed balcony is very idyllic. You are looking at a green oasis and forget that you are in the middle of the city centre, as the city is hardly noticeable. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (SZ). SZ1 has a large 1,80m x 2,00m double bed SZ2 has a large 1.80m x 2.00m double bed and an extendable sleeping chair (with slatted frame) in the size 0.80m x 2.00m. The apartment has a covered balcony (7m²) with room for 4 persons (4 chairs + table). A Samsung 50 inch Smart TV is installed (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. can be connected to your accounts). A washing machine is available in the bathroom. Iron/ironing board, laundry basket/stand are also available in the closets. The apartment has gas heating. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker + stove top + extractor hood, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, toaster. Thus a full kitchen! All rooms have adjustable indirect LED lighting on the back wall, which can be set to a desired colour, dimmed or switched on and off separately by remote control. Es ist barrierefrei und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in Hanglage. Es sind keinerlei Treppen zu laufen. Im Sommer ist der überdachte Balkon sehr idyllisch. Man schaut auf eine grüne Oase und vergisst dabei, dass man mitten in der Innenstadt ist, da die Stadt kaum zu hören ist. Die Unterkunft Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer (SZ). SZ1 hat ein großes 1,80m x 2,00m Doppelbett SZ2 hat ein großes 1,80m x 2,00m Doppelbett sowie einen ausziehbaren Schlafsessel (mit Lattenrost) in der Größe 0,80m x 2,00m. Die Wohnung hat einen überdachten Balkon (7m²) mit Platz für 5 Personen (4 Stühle + Tisch + Hocker). Ein Samsung 50 Zoll Smart TV ist installiert (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. können mit deinen Accounts verbunden werden). Im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Bügeleisen/-Brett, Wäschekorb/-Ständer sind in den Schränken ebenfalls vorhanden. Die zur Straße gerichteten Fenster haben Plissees von Innen und Rolläden von außen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ausreichend in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Gasetagenheizung. Die Küche besitzt eine Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Geschirrspülmaschine, Herd + Kochfeld + Dunstabzugshaube, sowie Mikrowelle, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher; Toaster. Somit eine vollwertige Küche! Alle Räume besitzen eine einstellbare indirekte LED Beleuchtung an der Rückwand, welche per Fernbedienung auf eine Wunschfarbe eingestellt, gedimmt oder separat an- und ausgeschaltet werden kann.
