English: Hello everyone, I am renting out my 2-room apartment with balcony as an interim rental from January 23. As I am going abroad, the apartment is available for two months (extension possible). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all essentials eg: - WLAN - washer-dryer - dishwasher - Fridge and freezer - TV and projector - south-facing balcony - Bathtub + shower - Box spring bed - Robot vacuum cleaner The apartment is located in Eimsbüttel/Stellingen in 3-5min walking distance to the S-Bahn/bus station Stellingen. In 15min you can reach the city center. The nearest store is a 1-minute walk away. As the apartment is relatively new, it has underfloor heating and well-insulated windows.
