From August 01, 2024 to January 31, 2025 we are renting out our 53 m2 newly renovated, fully furnished apartment in a prime location in Stuttgart. The 2-room apartment is divided into an entrance area, a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The all-inclusive rent of 1550 euros includes all costs (electricity, water, heating costs, internet, waste disposal charges and all other operating and ancillary costs). There is therefore no service charge bill. There is only a final cleaning fee when moving out (100€ - 130€). A deposit of 2 x the monthly rent is due.
