*English* We rent a modern, fully equipped apartment (47 sqm) with a large balcony and a wonderful view of the cathedral. With the elevator you can easily reach the 6th floor. From here you have a fantastic view over the roofs of Deutz, to the Cologne Cathedral, the symbol of the city and many other sights. The apartment is located in the rear, quiet part of the house and is west facing. The apartment is equipped with a modern, fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc...), Wifi, cable TV, a dining table with two chairs, a sofa, coffee table, mirrored wardrobe, terrace furniture and a box spring bed of 180 cm width. The inside bathroom is equipped with a shower. Towels and bed linen are available in sufficient quantity. In the basement of the house there is a laundry room where you can do your laundry. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Lanxess Arena and the Technical University not far from the Cologne Trade Fair, which can be reached quickly and easily on foot (approx. 15 minutes walk). There are also many television stations, like RTL, VOX, etc. With the subway lines 1 and 9, which leave directly in front of the building (stop "Fachhochschule"), you can reach the Cologne city center (Alter Markt, Heumarkt, Neumarkt) in a few minutes (3-4 stops). There you will find the Cologne shopping miles. The Rheinuferpromenade, Cologne Philharmonic Hall, a number of Cologne museums and of course the Cologne Cathedral are all within easy reach. You can also cover this distance on foot (approx. 2-3 km). Just the view from the Deutzer Brücke or the Hohenzollern Bridge is worth it. You can shop in the Köln-Arcaden or on the very popular Deutzer Freiheit. Here you will also find a large number of pubs and restaurants offering international and national traditional cuisine. The S-Bahn stop Bahnhof Deutz/Messe is one stop from the apartment. From here you can get to the main station and to the airport Cologne-Bonn without changing trains and quite fast. With further underground lines (3 and 4) you can reach other parts of Cologne from there. This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Das Apartment liegt im hinteren, ruhigen Teil des Hauses und ist westlich ausgerichtet. Ausgestattet ist das Apartment mit einer modernen, komplett ausgestatteten Küche (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw...), Wifi, Kabel TV, einem Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen, einem Sofa, Couchtisch, verspiegelter Kleiderschrank, Terrassenmöbeln und einem Boxspringbett mit 180 cm Breite. Das innenliegende Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Im Keller des Hauses befindet sich eine Waschküche, wo Sie Ihre Wäsche waschen können. Das Apartment befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Lanxess Arena und Technischen Hochschule unweit der Kölner Messe, die fußläufig bestens und schnell erreichbar ist (ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg). Dort befinden sich auch viele Fernsehanstalten , wie RTL, VOX, usw. Mit den U-Bahn Linien 1 und 9, die direkt vor dem Haus abfahren (Haltestelle "Fachhochschule"), erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten (3-4 Stationen) in die Kölner Innenstadt (Alter Markt, Heumarkt, Neumarkt). Dort finden Sie die Kölner Einkaufsmeilen. Die Rheinuferpromenade, Kölner Philharmonie, eine Vielzahl der Kölner Museen und natürlich der Kölner Dom sind so bestens zu erreichen. Sie können diesen Weg auch zu Fuß zurücklegen (ca. 2-3 Km). Allein der Ausblick von der Deutzer Brücke oder der Hohenzollernbrücke lohnt sich dabei. Einkaufen können Sie in den Köln-Arcaden oder auf der sehr beliebten Deutzer Freiheit. Hier finden Sie auch eine Vielzahl an Kneipen oder Restaurants internationaler und nationaler, traditioneller Küche vor. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Bahnhof Deutz/Messe ist eine Station vom Apartment entfernt. Von hier aus kommen Sie ohne umzusteigen und recht schnell zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Flughafen Köln-Bonn. Mit weiteren U-Bahn Linien (3 und 4) erreichen Sie von dort aus weitere Kölner Stadtteile. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Rauchen ist ausschließlich auf dem Balkon gestattet. Haustiere sind in der Wohnung nicht gestattet. Da sich das Apartment in einem gepflegten Gebäude mit mehreren Wohneinheiten befindet, wird auf angemessenes Verhalten und pfleglichen Umgang mit dem Inventar viel Wert gelegt.
