The fully furnished cosy apartment has access to the garden and internet access. Since I myself live most of the time abroad, I have converted and furnished the former commercial space into a fine apartment with separate entrance and direct access to the garden. In the apartment is everything you need for living. You have to "just" move in with a suitcase! The apartment has its own entrance that makes you independent of other residents. In the apartment everything is washable and it can be wonderfully ventilated. But smokers are also encouraged to smoke in the garden :) In the front room there is a fully equipped kitchen, seating area and desk. The back room is furnished as a bedroom. In 2 stops you have reached the Wienerplatz - there are connections to each district The Cologne trade fair is only about 4 km away. 300 metres away, a Lidl offers a convenient shopping opportunity.
