Just 5 mins walking from the flat you have everything you need for daily stuff and a lot of coffees, bars and restaurants. Behind the house is a underground which takes you directly to the city (downtown) and to university of Essen-Duisburg in 15-20 mins.

Just by 4 mins walking you find a busy street with everything you need for daily stuff and outgoing. Also the famous outgoing area "Rüttenscheid" is 20 mins walking or 15 mins with the tram/underground, which is just behind the house or 5 mins walking.
