3 rooms apartment of 90 m² in Frankfurt

English: Rear house oasis for mostly exclusive use: The open-plan maisonette is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a quietly located rear building. On the 2nd floor is the room on offer (approx. 20 sqm) with a very large single bed (120 cm) incl. shower room. On the same floor you will also find the large eat-in kitchen with balcony. On the upper, 3rd floor there is another room, which I use when I am in Frankfurt. There is also a large living room with a balcony and a daylight bathroom with a bathtub on the 3rd floor. The house used to be an old gym, which we renovated with a lot of love and beautiful materials. Both bathrooms are made of Tadelakt, the kitchen has Moroccan tiles and the rooms have oak parquet flooring. In addition to the two balconies, there is also a beautiful backyard where you can relax in the seating area or in the hammock under the cherry tree. As I am not there most of the year, I would like to make this great back house pearl available for rent under “shared flat” for a nice tenant who is looking forward to lots of space and peace and quiet. German: Hinterhaus Oase zur größtenteils alleinigen Nutzung: Die offen gestaltete Maisonette befindet sich im 2. und 3. OG eines ruhig gelegenen Hinterhauses. In der 2. Etage befindet sich das angebotene Zimmer (ca. 20qm) mit einem sehr großen Einzelbett (120 cm) inkl. Duschbad. Auf derselben Etage findest Du außerdem die große Essküche mit Balkon. In der oberen, der 3. Etage befindet sich ein weiteres Zimmer, welches ich nutze, wenn ich in Frankfurt bin. Außerdem steht im 3. OG ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, sowie ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne zur Nutzung. Das Haus war einmal ein altes Fitnessstudio, welches wir mit sehr viel Liebe und schönen Materialien umgebaut haben. Beide Bäder sind aus Tadelakt, in der Küche gibt es marokkanische Fliesen und die Zimmer sind mit Eichenparkett ausgelegt. Zu den beiden Balkonen steht auch der schöne Hinterhof zur Verfügung, hier lässt es sich in der Sitzecke oder in der Hängematte unterm Kirschbaum wundervoll entspannen. Da ich die meiste Zeit des Jahres nicht da bin, möchte ich diese tolle Hinterhaus-Perle zur Miete somit unter „Wohngemeinschaft“ zur Verfügung stellen für eine/n nette/n Mieter/In die/der sich über viel Raum und Ruhe freut.
