3 rooms apartment of 70 m² in Frankfurt

English: Roommate wanted The open-plan maisonette is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a quietly located rear building. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with double bed (140m), adjoining a large open living room with balcony, as well as a daylight bathroom with bathtub. On the lower floor is the large eat-in kitchen with fireplace and a 2nd balcony. ATTENTION: There is a small room behind the kitchen, which I use myself when I am in Germany. However, I am abroad most of the year and only very rarely - about every 2 months for 1-2 weeks for work in Frankfurt and would then also use the separate small shower room with toilet. The house used to be an old gym, which we renovated with a lot of love and beautiful materials. Both bathrooms are made of Tadelakt, the kitchen has Moroccan tiles and the rooms have oak parquet flooring. However, I would describe myself as a very sociable flatmate and there is plenty of room for privacy :) ! German: Mitbewohner/In gesucht Die offen gestaltete Maisonette befindet sich im 2. und 3. OG eines ruhig gelegenen Hinterhauses. In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (140m), angrenzend an ein offenen großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, sowie einem Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. In der unteren Etage befindet sich die große Wohnküche mit Kamin und einem 2. Balkon. ACHTUNG: Hinter der Küche gibt es ein kleines Zimmer, welches ich selbst nutze, wenn ich in Deutschland bin. Ich bin allerdings die meiste Zeit des Jahres im Ausland und nur sehr selten - ca. alle 2 Monate für 1-2 Wochen zum arbeiten in Frankfurt und würde dann auch das separate kleine Duschbad mit WC nutzen. Das Haus war einmal ein altes Fitnessstudio, welches wir mit sehr viel Liebe und schönen Materialien umgebaut haben. Beide Bäder sind aus Tadelakt, in der Küche gibt es marokkanische Fliesen und die Zimmer sind mit Eichenparkett ausgelegt. Ich würde mich aber als sehr umgängliche Mitbewohnerin bezeichnen und es gibt viel Raum für Privatsphäre :) !
