English: We rent for professional reasons temporarily our very nice and fully furnished maisonette apartment in Berlin Wedding. It is located on the 5th and 6th floor, up to the 4th floor there is an elevator. It has a spacious living and dining area, a bedroom, a small guest room, a guest toilet, a roof terrace (20sqm) and a balcony (10sqm). The connection is very good: In 300m is the streetcar stop (M13 and M50). By bike you can reach Berlin Mitte in about 15 minutes, 10 minutes walk to the U station Pankstr. (U8). The famous Mauerpark is about 1km away. Washing machine and gas boiler are new. There is actually everything you need for a pleasant, longer stay in Berlin. German: Wir vermieten aus beruflichen Gründen temporär unsere sehr hübsche und voll möblierte Maisonette Wohnung in Berlin Wedding. Sie befindet sich im 5. und 6. OG, bis zur 4. Etage gibt es einen Aufzug. Sie hat einen großzügigen Wohn-und Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Gästezimmer, ein Gäste WC, eine Dachterrasse (20qm) und einen Balkon (10qm). Die Anbindung ist sehr gut: In 300m befindet sich die Tram Haltestelle (M13 und M50). Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten Berlin Mitte, 10 Minuten zu Fuß sind es bis zum U Bahnhof Pankstr. (U8). Der berühmte Mauerpark befindet sich ca. 1km entfernt. Waschmaschine und Gastherme sind neu. Es gibt eigentlich alles, was man für einen angenehmen, längeren Aufenthalt in Berlin braucht.
