The apartment has approx. 53 sqm and is located in a spacious residential complex on the 2nd floor of a 7-storey brick high-rise building. The building was built in 1965 and has been modernized and renovated with a new elevator. The apartment is currently being completely renovated, has a full bathroom, a small storage room in the apartment and is heated by central heating. In the bedroom there is a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. See also floor plan. The apartment is currently being renovated, so just photos "in process" here yet. There is a new vinyl floor in a warm wood look, electrics and fitted kitchen are also new. All walls are newly plastered and painted. First occupancy after renovation. The apartment has never been smoked in, pet-free household. The living-dining room is beautifully bright and furnished with a cozy green leather couch, on which a guest can also stay overnight. There is a sideboard and an extendable dining table with 4 cherry wood chairs. The balcony leads off the living room and there is a wooden bench, folding table and chair. From here you have a view of the green trees in the park between the houses. An Internet connection/WLAN is available, a TV is not. The approx. 6 m² kitchen (separate room) is equipped with a modern fitted kitchenette with induction hob (4 hobs), a washer-dryer, microwave with convection function and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Die Wohnung hat ca. 53 qm und liegt in einer weitläufigen Wohnanlage in der 2. Etage eines 7-stöckigen Backstein-Hochhauses. Das Haus wurde 1965 erbaut, ist modernisiert und renoviert mit neuem Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung wird aktuell grundsaniert, hat ein Vollbad, eine kleine Abstellkammer in der Wohnung und wird über Zentralheizung beheizt. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen großen Einbauschrank mit viel Stauraum. Siehe auch Grundriss. Die Wohnung wird zur Zeit grundsaniert, daher hier noch keine Fotos. Es gibt einen neuen Vinylboden in warmer Holzoptik, Elektrik und Einbauküche kommen ebenfalls neu. Alle Wände sind neu verputzt und gestrichen. Erstbezug nach Sanierung. In der Wohnung wurde nie geraucht, tierfreier Haushalt. Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist schön hell und eingerichtet mit einer gemütlichen Leder-Couch, auf der auch einmal ein Gast übernachten kann. Es gibt ein Sideboard und einen ausziehbaren Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen aus Kirschholz. Vom Wohnzimmer geht der Balkon ab, es gibt eine Holzbank, Klapptisch und -stuhl. Von hier aus hat man einen Blick in die grünen Bäume der Parkanlage zwischen den Häusern. Ein Internetanschluss/ WLAN ist vorhanden, ein TV-Gerät nicht. Die ca. 6 qm große Küche (separater Raum) wird ausgestattet mit einer modernen Einbauzeile mit Induktionskochfeld (4 Kochfelder), einem Waschtrockner und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Diverse Küchenutensilien werden gestellt, u. a. Essgeschirr, Geschirrtücher, Kochgeschirr, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Des Weiteren wird es eine kleine Essmöglichkeit geben. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großzügiger Einbauschrank und ein Doppelbett (cm) mit einer durchgehenden Matratze. Bettdecken, Kissen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Badezimmer besitzt eine Badewanne mit Glastür, Handtuchheizung, Waschbecken und WC. Im Flur gibt es eine kleine Garderobe sowie ein flaches Sideboard mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Eine Abstellkammer ist ebenfalls in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die möblierte Wohnung ist für maximal 2 Personen geeignet. Leider ist sie nicht geeignet für eine Wohngemeinschaft. Ein Hund oder eine Katze sind nicht erlaubt. Die Miete beinhaltet bereits folgende Kosten: Heizung-Pauschale, Wasser-Pauschale, Strom-Pauschale, Rundfunkbeitrag und Internetanschluss.
