Our apartment is bright and spacious. All rooms have high ceilings, large windows and were laid with parquet flooring. Entering the apartment, you go directly into a large kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including stove, oven, washing machine, dryer and large refrigerator with freezer and wine cooler. Starting from the dining area, you enter the living room through French doors. The large couch invites you to donate cozy evenings, while also using the Smart TV or Sonos box to listen to music. Starting from the cooking area, one enters a small hallway from which the bathroom, bedroom and study are reached. The bedroom faces the backyard and is therefore very quiet. The double bed is 1.80 wide and very comfortable. The study could also be used as a second bedroom. We could provide another mattress. Otherwise, this room has a workstation and closet behind the curtain and other storage space in chests of drawers. The rent includes all utilities as well as cable TV and Wi-Fi. The charming Südstadt is one of the most popular districts of Cologne. It has a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars. Stores for daily needs are all within walking distance and offer a wide range for every taste and lifestyle. Beautiful stores invite you to store and stroll. In the Südstadt there are also many parks and playgrounds. The Rhine is only a 5-minute walk away. At Chlodwigplatz, which is only a 2-minute walk away, trains and buses depart every few minutes, taking you everywhere in Cologne. But the city center is also within walking distance (20min) or by bike (10min). We would be happy to leave our apartment to loved ones while we travel on our parental leave.
