The room is very bright and has large windows. It comes furnished with a single mattress, a working desk, one desk chair and lamps, wardrobes, curtains, etc.

Since there are only 2 students living in the apartment, the kitchen and bathroom must be shared by the tenant and one other student.

There is a washing saloon in the building where the tenants can do laundry, it has an extra charge and has to be paid by yourself.
