1 room apartment of 65m² in Berlin

I’m renting out my adored and quiet place in Prenzlauer Berg, in the Wienskiez, as I will be abroad for some time. The flat is mine, it is not a sublet! It is available from the beginning of November on, for maximum one year, ideally 6 months on! It was featured on 2024 Conde Nast list of 12 best Airbnb in Berlin: Wooden floors, spacious bedroom, bathroom with shower and washer, living room with a library full of cinema and photography books, and fully equipped stainless steel kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc). Sheets, towels, hairdryer and all the expenses are included, including wifi and electricity. In Berlin they have become really expensive! ( I pay more than 600 euros of bills) The street is few minutes away from the famous Kollwitzplatz. Many restaurants, wine bars, and two supermarkets around the corner. The tram M2 and M4 are at both the beginning and the end of the street, as to reach Alexanderplatz in only 3 stops. The flat is in a very peaceful courtyard, on the second floor without elevator, but very easy to reach it. My lovely cleaning lady is available too.
