In the apartment's living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a Nespresso machine; a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, washing machine, and other extras complete the amenities. The living area also houses a spacious wardrobe, a sofa accompanied by a flat-screen TV, and a cozy corner perfect for relaxing. The dining table is the ideal spot to enjoy your breakfast or to work on your university thesis. From the living area, you can access the spacious bedroom, which features a double bed and a small desk. Naturally, our Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge. Furthermore, we provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels as a standard inclusion with every booking; upon request, we are happy to exchange these for fresh ones free of charge. The apartment is available for check-in from 3:00 PM on your day of arrival—though earlier check-in may be possible depending on availability, so please simply reach out to us if you have different plans. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on your day of departure. The apartment undergoes professional cleaning. While we certainly appreciate it if you leave the space as clean as you found it, our team will take care of the final cleaning touches. We do not reside in the apartment building ourselves, but we are always available to offer assistance and advice should any questions arise or if you require anything during your stay. Am Esstisch lässt sich das Frühstück genießen oder die Abschlussarbeit für das Studium schreiben. Vom Wohnbereich aus gelangt man in das großzügige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem kleinen Schreibtisch. . Unser WLAN steht euch natürlich kostenlos zur Verfügung. Des Weiteren stellen wir euch standardmäßig bei jeder Buchung Bettwäsche und Handtücher in Hotelqualität, die wir in Rücksprache kostenlos wechseln. Das Apartment kann am Anreisetag ab 15 Uhr bezogen werden, je nach Belegung aber auch schon früher, bitte sprecht uns einfach an, wenn ihr andere Pläne habt, am Abreisetag ist check out bis 10 Uhr. Das Apartment wird professionell gereinigt.
