English: The apartment is located in Charlottenburg, on a cross street from Kurfürstendamm. The connection by car (A100 city motorway) and by public transport (U7, Ringbahn, S Bahn Charlottenburg) is very good. The location is quiet and lively at the same time. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Supermarkets, pharmacies and important shops for daily needs are also within walking distance. The apartment is modernly furnished. The bathroom was renovated last year. The kitchen was also newly installed in 2023. In the living area there is a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, a small couch, a table for eating and working and a chest of drawers for clothes. The apartment is incredibly bright. In the house there is a laundry room where there are large industrial Miele washing machines that can be used by all residents. Coins must be purchased for a load of laundry.
