Welcome to our charming and spacious apartment in the heart of Berlin, available for rent! This modern Neubau apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for your stay in the city. Perfect for couple or small family of three. This apartment features a thoughtfully designed layout, including a cozy living room integrated with a well-equipped kitchen, a dedicated study room with a large table that can be adjusted for standing work, and two monitors for your convenience. The apartment also boasts a generously sized bathroom with both a shower and a separate bathtub. The apartment is in pristine condition, as it is our primary residence. The bedroom features a comfortable 180-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For entertainment, there's a small projector available for streaming Netflix movies on the wall. Additionally, there's a child bed that can be relocated to the study if needed, making this apartment suitable for families as well. The flat is equipped with a smart TV, connected to Wifi so don't forget your Netflix & Amazon prime credentials. One of the standout features of this apartment is the abundance of natural light. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in sunlight, and the apartment faces south, ensuring you'll enjoy plenty of sunshine throughout the day. For those moments when you prefer shade, there are external blinds that you can easily adjust to your liking.
