It has a double bed (1.40 x 2m), a kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle as well as a small dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Towels and linens for the bed are provided. A TV and free WiFi are also available. The apartment is located in the Latin Quarter, close to Rathenauplatz and Zülpicherstraße. The Latin Quarter is one of Cologne's trendiest quarters and hotspot for students and people who want to enjoy the urban flair of the city. The “Veedel” offers diverse shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes, all within a few minutes' walk. The hip Zülpicherstraße with many nice boutiques and studios is also in within walking distance. Supermarkets and drugstores are just around the corner. The central location of the apartment is ideal for students, new residents and professionals. Although the apartment is right in the middle of the action, the building is located in a side street in a quiet corner. At the stop Zülpicher Platz (approx. 350 m) subway lines run in all directions (more info on kvb-e). German: Das 34 qm Apartment ist stilvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es verfügt über einen Doppelbett (1,40 x 2m), eine Küchenzeile inklusive Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sowie einen kleinen Esstisch. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 28,00 pro Woche möglich. City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete. Wir sind von der Stadt Köln somit verpflichtet worden diese von unseren Gästen mit privatem Aufenthalt einzufordern.
