1 room apartment of 50m² in Essen

The apartment has just been renovated. Most of the furniture and the bed are new . The bedroom with wardrobe offers space for 2 people. In the living room it is possible to convert the couch into a bed, so that 2 people can sleep there. We also bought an armchair bed, which you can pull out to make a bed, it also has a slatted frame. The apartment could therefore even be used by 4 people if 2 people share the sofa bed. There is a television in this living room. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower facility/shower curtain. There is also a storage room and a small chill-out room with a window, a rocking chair and a bookshelf. Facilities: bed linen, towels, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, Nespresso and a normal coffee maker.
