Our rooftop apartment is located on the 3rd floor (penthouse) of a residential building. It offers approximately 75 square meters of living space and was completely renovated for our guests in June 2021.

Parking is in the inner courtyard. Larger cars, VANs or vans can easily park on the main street in front of the house.
The location in Dresden-Großzschachwitz is perfect for exploring the city (15 - 20 minutes by S-Bahn to the city, bus leaves in front of the door) or is already halfway to the sought-after Saxon Switzerland (short distance to Pirna and Bad Schandau by S-Bahn or car).
Shops are within walking distance. (Shopping center in the immediate vicinity)
Good restaurants too. (by public transport, car or on foot)

Unser Apartment Rooftop befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss (Penthouse) eines Wohnhauses. Es bietet Platz auf ca. 75 qm Wohnfläche und wurde im Juni 2021 für unsere Gäste vollständig saniert.
Bis zu 4 Gäste können hier übernachten.
Zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer - Zwei Balkone. Eine hochmoderne Küche mit modernen Einbaugeräten und Inventar sowie ein helles Duschbad gehören ebenso dazu wie ein großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich und der eigene Stellplatz.
Helle und freundliche Farben, moderne Ausstattung und alle Annehmlichkeiten, welche es heutzutage für einen Städtetrip benötigt sowie auch bei längeren Aufenthalten.

Parkplatz befindet sich im Innenhof. Für größere PKWs, VANs oder Transporter ist problemloses Parken an der Hauptstraße vor dem Wohnhaus möglich.
Der Standort in Dresden-Großzschachwitz eignet sich perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden (15 - 20 min mit S-Bahn bis in die City, Bus fährt vor der Tür) oder liegt bereits auf halber Strecke in die begehrte Sächsische Schweiz (kurze Wege nach Pirna und Bad Schandau mit S-Bahn oder Auto).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. ( Einkaufszentrum in unmittelbarere Nähe )
