When we are going to travel, we renting out 150 square meters of our fully equipped modern architect house (old and new building combination) with a large basement and garden with trampoline, sandpit and tree house for the children. The entire property is 570 square meters. The house has space for maximum 6 people (4 adults + 2 children) in 3 bedrooms*: 1st bedroom: 1 double bed 2nd bedroom/office: 1 double bed 3rd bedroom: 1 children's loft bed with 2 mattresses *If you want to pay less and can manage with fewer rooms, we have another ad here at Wunderflats where you can only rent 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. But no matter how many rooms you rent, you don't have to share the house with anyone else you don‘t know. 2 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bathtub) and a very large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a modern kitchen including fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans, crockery, glasses, cutlery and all the necessary utensils. Throughout the house there are high ceilings and large windows for a spacious, bright living feeling. Our house is located directly next to the forest in Berlin-Mahlsdorf-Süd and the neighboring nature reserve Erpetal. Streetcar and buses are within 4 minutes walking distance and bring you quickly to the center of Berlin. The large Müggelsee and Kaulsdorfer See lakes are not far away. Supermarkets, playgrounds and a handful of restaurants/cafés are within walking distance, plus there is a large shopping center nearby. German: Ein großes Haus nur für euch! Das gesamte Grundstück ist 570 qm. Im Haus gibt es 6 Schlafplätze* (max. 4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) verteilt auf 3 Zimmer: 1. Schlafzimmer: 1 Doppelbett 2. Schlafzimmer/Büro: 1 Doppelbett 3. Schlafzimmer: 1 Kinderhochbett mit 2 Matratzen *Wenn ihr weniger zahlen wollt und mit weniger Zimmern zurecht kommt, wir haben hier bei Wunderflats noch eine Anzeige geschaltet, in der ihr nur 2 Schlafzimmer & 1 Bad mieten könnt. Aber egal wieviel Zimmer ihr mietet, das Haus müsst ihr mit niemandem fremden teilen. 2 Bäder (2 Duschen und 1 Badewanne) und einen sehr großen offenen Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich mit einer modernen Küche inkl. Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Induktionskochfeld, Abzugshaube, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kochtöpfe, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und alle notwendigen Utensilien. Im kompletten Haus sind hohe Decken und große Fensterfronten für ein großzügiges helles Wohngefühl. Unser Haus liegt direkt beim Wald in Berlin-Mahlsdorf-Süd und angrenzendem Naturschutzgebiet Erpetal. Tram und Busse sind in 4 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und bringen einen schnell ins Zentrum Berlins. Bis zum großen Müggelsee und dem Kaulsdorfer See ist es nicht weit. Supermärkte, Spielplätze und eine handvoll Restaurants/Cafés sind fußläufig sowie in unmittelbarer Nähe ein großes Einkaufszentrum.
