The reconstructed Nikolaiviertel with its narrow alleysmit and rustique restaurants, museums, and its impressive church remain a symbol of Berlin's past and attract tourists from around the world. Public transportation is ideal, since the next metro station "Rosenthaler Platz" and "Naturkundemuseum" (450 m), as well as the suburban train station is in close proximity to the apartment (500 m). Buses and tramways leave every couple of minutes from the "Pappelplatz" across the street. The central station is 2,3 km away.
