The apartment is in the middle of everything, but not noisy at all. The cathedral and main station are about 15 minutes walking distance. At the stop Hansaring (approx. 650 ft. from the apartment) you can find the subway lines 12 and 15 as well as various trains that take you to the airport and nearby cities such as Bonn and Düsseldorf (More info on kvb-e). If you arrive by car, you are well advised to park the car outside the urban area. In the whole city centre of Cologne, parking is subject to a fee and limited to a few hours.
