1 room apartment of 85m² in Berlin

English: Welcome! This modern and well furnished apartment is in a quite area in the vibrant neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg with its many cafés, restaurants and parks. The apartment is fully furnished and has a great garden with terrace to relax in. The apartment is centrally located in Berlin, about 5 mins from Rosa-Luxemburg Platz (U2) and 10 min from Alexanderplatz. You can reach any place in Berlin quite quickly. There is even an Edeka Supermarkt in the same building (1min). We are subletting the apartment for ca 2.5 months (February 15th 2026 until April 20th 2026) as we will be traveling during that time. We will keep one of the rooms to store some of our items (the room is not represented in the pictures, it is extra). All the rooms that you see in the pictures will be subletted. Additionally a small storage room for shoes, cleaning supplies etc. German: Willkommen! Die moderne und stilvolle Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und gehobenen Gegend mitten im tollen Prenzlauer Berg Kiez mit seinen vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und besitzt einen schönen Garten zum entspannen. Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Lage, sie liegt 5 min vom Rosa-Luxemburg Platz entfernt (U2) und 10 min vom Alexanderplatz. Somit ist die gesamte Stadt schnell zu erreichen. Ein Edeka Supermarkt ist im gleichen Gebäude (1min). Wir vermieten die Wohnung für 2.5 Monate, idealerweise vom 15 Februar 2026 bis 30 April 2026. Wir werden in dem Zeitraum verreisen, aber ein Zimmer zur Lagerung einiger Gegenstände nutzen. Wir bieten hier den Rest der Wohnung zur Untermiete.
