The very well maintained old building is designed in such a way that it is comfortable and modern at the same time. The stem on the house gives the feeling of living even in your own small house, with its own garden. The deep windows provide a particularly beautiful light and feeling of living - also because the apartment is facing south, towards the garden. The very large living room moves into the dining area, which is just opposite the open kitchen. The hallway leads to the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom, with a 1.60m bed. Strelitzer Straße is one of the most beautiful streets in Mitte and is considered an insider tip - very quiet - there are plenty of parking spaces. And the houses are historic, tell German history.
