You have many nice restaurants, cafés and shops near the house. The Fair Köln-Messe is 10 minutes by underground or car.You live in the middle of the charming Cologne-Hotspot "Friesenviertel". The apartment has been refurbished in May 2018! The flat is modern, luminous and very comfortable. It is in the backside of the building. So you don't hear the street. But on the weekend it is noisy, because of the Bars around.
