To the center of Neuenkirchen it is about 1 km, to the next gastronomy directly at the lake about 200 m. There are two apartments in the house, both of which can be rented. One on the first floor (120sqm, living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 4 pers.) and the apartment offered here on the upper floor (80sqm, living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 4 pers.). Equipment: The approx. 80 sqm light-flooded apartment on the upper floor has its own approx. 40 sqm roof terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside. The apartment is furnished in modern country house style for 2-4 persons. The open and fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with ceramic stove, hood, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Via the directly adjoining dining area with spacious teak table you enter the cozy living area with sofa corner and flat screen TV. Two steps lead from the living area to the spacious roof terrace. Two spacious, comfortably furnished bedrooms follow, each with a 2x2 m double bed. One of the bedrooms has a small desk and allows direct access to the roof terrace. The modern bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, toilet and a washbasin. Connection for a washer-dryer (on request) is available. Access to the roof terrace is also possible from the bathroom. TV and LAN connection are available in the living room and bedrooms. WLAN is available throughout the apartment. A car parking space is directly in front of the house is available.
