A former publishing building in the middle of the neighborhood was the ideal opportunity to realize our vision of a temporary home with neighborhood connections. On the outside, red brick creates a Hamburg Kontorhaus atmosphere. Inside, industrial style and lofthouse chic are paired with the imaginative and colorful design from Sibylle von Heyden's studio. 148 lovingly furnished serviced apartments on seven floors make us a lively community in one of Hamburg's most elegant neighborhoods. The studio is furnished in high quality and has a comfortable double bed (). The large windows flood the studio with beautiful light and it can be darkened if necessary. The kitchenette is ideal for any kind of stay. This is equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. To enjoy meals or even for home office days, there is a table with a chair. For plenty of storage space, there is a closet in each room, ideal for two people. The bathroom is bright and modern. A shower is available in it and towels are provided. The nearest supermarket is only 100 meters away. Within 10 minutes walk, there are several restaurants and cafés that invite you to take a break or offer takeaway food.
