Rent 3 bedroom apartment of 90 m² in Berlin

As I will be abroad for work from mid-January to mid-March, I would like to sublet my flat.
At the moment I share the flat with Nora. Nora commutes between Switzerland and Berlin. She is only in Berlin for about 2 weeks a month. She would not be in Berlin from February to the beginning of March for the rental period. This means you would have the flat to yourself.
The flat has been furnished with a lot of attention to detail, so we are looking for someone who will treat the items with care. The flat is newly renovated.

Da ich von Mitte Januar bis Mitte März beruflich im Ausland sein werde, würde ich gerne meine Wohnung untervermieten.
Im Moment teile ich die Wohnung mit Nora. Nora pendelt zwischen der Schweiz und Berlin. Sie ist nur etwa 2 Wochen pro Monat in Berlin. Sie wäre von Februar bis Anfang März nicht in Berlin, um die Wohnung zu vermieten. Das bedeutet, dass Sie die Wohnung für sich alleine haben.
Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, daher suchen wir jemanden, der die Gegenstände mit Sorgfalt behandelt. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert.
