Sie liegt nur zwei Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt zwischen der Nordstadt und der List, die Herrenhäuser Gärten sind ca. 2km fußläufig entfernt. Gute ÖPNV Anbindung und ein Parkplatz findet sich im Wohngebiet immer. Ein Plus sind außerdem liebe und hilfsbereite Nachbarn, sollte mal etwas sein.
