1 room apartment of 25m² in Stuttgart

It is located on the third level of my house, with big windows letting in the full amount of sunshine. In order to make best usage of the available space, the bed is extractable. That way you have more space when you need it, and a real bed for sweet drems:=) Everything has just been redone, so you will encounter a place with a new bathroom, new kitchen, new furniture and new everything. Wi-Fi is blazingly fast and the 55` flat screen is ready for your favorite online TV show. Food can be easily prepared on the induction oven. After a nice dinner, the dishwasher takes care of the plates :=) The apartment style is modern. In order to make it not only special but also practical, I added a microwave (with grill for Pizza) and excess to a free washing machine/dryer. Last but not least you will have a Nespresso coffee machine, a hair dryer and an iron waiting for you. In case you want to experience the lovely hospitality there are really nice places at easy walking distance (1-4 minute walk) for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a drink.
