English: It is located on the third level of my house, with big windows letting in the full amount of sunshine. In order to make best usage of the available space, the bed is extractable. That way you have more space when you need it, and a real bed for sweet drems:=) Everything has just been redone, so you will encounter a place with a new bathroom, new kitchen, new furniture and new everything. Wi-Fi is blazingly fast and the 55` flat screen is ready for your favorite online TV show. Food can be easily prepared on the induction oven. After a nice dinner, the dishwasher takes care of the plates :=) The apartment style is modern. In order to make it not only special but also practical, I added a microwave (with grill for Pizza) and excess to a free washing machine/dryer. Last but not least you will have a Nespresso coffee machine, a hair dryer and an iron waiting for you. In case you want to experience the lovely hospitality there are really nice places at easy walking distance (1-4 minute walk) for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a drink. German: Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock meines Hauses und hat große Fenster, durch die den ganzen Tag die Sonne hereinscheint. Um den verfügbaren Platz optimal zu nutzen, ist das Bett ausziehbar – so hast du tagsüber mehr Platz und abends ein richtiges Bett für süße Träume :) Alles wurde gerade komplett renoviert: Du findest ein neues Bad, eine neue Küche, neue Möbel – einfach alles ist neu. WLAN ist blitzschnell und der 55-Zoll-Flatscreen ist bereit für deine Lieblingsserie im Internet. Das Essen lässt sich ganz einfach auf dem Induktionsherd zubereiten. Und nach einem leckeren Dinner übernimmt der Geschirrspüler den Abwasch :) Der Stil der Wohnung ist modern. Damit es nicht nur besonders, sondern auch praktisch ist, gibt es zusätzlich eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion (perfekt für Pizza!) sowie Zugang zu einer kostenlosen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Und natürlich warten auch eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, ein Haartrockner und ein Bügeleisen auf dich. Wenn du Lust hast, die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Umgebung zu erleben: In nur 1–4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichst du tolle Cafés und Restaurants für Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen oder einfach ein nettes Getränk.
