We’re renting out our modern 3-room apartment from December 30, 2025, to February 28, 2026, with the option to extend through March 2026. Bedroom: 1.80 m bed, dressing area with plenty of storage Second room: small workspace, access to the balcony, additional storage Living & dining area: large open space with dining table, sofa, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen – also with balcony access The apartment is ideal for a family with a small baby – complete baby equipment is available but not required. Located right next to a park, just a few minutes’ walk from Gleisdreieck U-Bahn station, Anhalter Bahnhof, and Potsdamer Platz, the area offers easy access to green spaces, cafés, and public transport.
