English: While travelling for work I am subletting my
furnished flat in Berlin
Mitte close to Gedächtnisstätte Berliner Mauer (1 minute to various trams and busses, 10 min. to
Berlin Hauptbahnhof
Available from mid-November for approximately 2-3 months
The flat is 60m², on 2 floors (maisonette style).
Complete rebuild in 2020, partially renovated 2024
Located in the central and vibrant area “Mitte”,
with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, infrastructure, and Mauerpark around the corner. The flat is in one of the few very quiet roads without bars or nightlife (but plenty just round the corner). There is a superb breakfast and lunch spot just 100m down the road.
The top-floor apartment features a kitchen / living room open floor plan on the lower level. Bathroom
with shower and bathtub, bedroom connected to a
balcony facing east and a work desk area upstairs.
The flat is situated in the rear building through the interior courtyard.
Includes WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, and a folding work desk.
Please note: 4th floor - there is no elevator!
