2 rooms apartment of 56m² in Berlin

We're subletting our Apartment in the beautiful Schillerkiez, Neukölln, for short-medium term stays from January 1st. 56m2 with two rooms and a nice balcony to the street Fully furnished. All expenses included (internet, electricity, gas, water). Please get in touch and let us know about you. We love our apartment and would like to have someone that really takes care of it :) No anmeldung at the moment possible but there's a good chance that we will definitely leave the apartment in 2026, so that means the tenants who take the apartment for the next months will most probably take the contract (and then of course anmeldung and everything).
