1 room apartment of 56m² in Berlin

English: We're subletting our Apartment in the beautiful Schillerkiez, Neukölln, for short-medium term stays from January 1st. 56m2 with two rooms and a nice balcony to the street Fully furnished. All expenses included (internet, electricity, gas, water). Please get in touch and let us know about you. We love our apartment and would like to have someone that really takes care of it :) No anmeldung at the moment possible but there's a good chance that we will definitely leave the apartment in 2026, so that means the tenants who take the apartment for the next months will most probably take the contract (and then of course anmeldung and everything). German: Wir vermieten unsere Altbau Wohnung im schönen Schillerkiez in Neukölln ab dem 1. Januar für kurz- bis mittelfristige Aufenthalte. 56m2 mit zwei Zimmer und einem schönen Balkon. Komplett möbliert. Alle Nebenkosten inklusive (Internet, Strom, Gas, Wasser). Bitte melden Sie sich bei uns und erzählen Sie uns etwas über sich. Wir lieben unsere Wohnung und wünschen uns jemanden, der sich gut darum kümmert :) Derzeit ist keine Anmeldung möglich, aber es besteht eine gute Chance, dass wir die Wohnung 2026 definitiv verlassen werden. Das bedeutet, dass die Mieter, die die Wohnung für die nächsten Monate übernehmen, höchstwahrscheinlich den Vertrag übernehmen werden (und dann natürlich auch die Anmeldung und alles andere).
