Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 59 m² in Berlin

English: Very centrally located Berlin apartment near Alexanderplatz. The neighborhood of Rosenthalter Platz, Prenzlauer Berg and Friedichshain are very close.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. It is suitable for 2 adults and maybe 1 or two children, who could sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. The direct neighbors are very friendly and welcoming! The apartment is very bright and sunny. In the bedroom and living room there are almost floor-to-ceiling windows that you can open completely. So it is always airy and the sun can come in.
German: Sehr zentral gelegene Berliner Wohnung nahe Alexanderplatz. Der Kiez vom Rosenthalter Platz, vom Prenzlauer Berg und Friedichshain sind sehr nahe. Von hieraus seid ihr überall in maximal einer halben Stunde.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, mit Blick auf die historischen Stalinbauten der Karl-Marx-Allee. Sehr hell und sonnig. Im Schlaf-und Wohnzimmer fast bodentiefe Fenster, die man vollständig öffnen kann. So ist es immer luftig und die Sonne kann rein.
Corona Situation: Ich plane vom 13.01. bis zum 22.02. nach Spanien zu fahren und will mein Apartment während dieser Zeit vermieten. Wenn die Corona-Regelungen nun verhindern, dass ich ggf. nicht ausreisen darf, oder auch der Mieter nicht einreisen, würde ich gerne vertraglich vereinbaren, dass wir uns vom Vertrag zurückziehen können, ohne das Kosten entstehen.
