English: Super spacious and beautiful flat with a cozy vibe. Perfect surroundings, you are everywhere really quick and all the neccessities around. UBahn Samariterstraße 2min by foot. Only thing about the flat at the moment: there is construction going on, which is why there is a big tarp in front of the house. It is see-through, so the flat is still very light and bright. But yeah, still not ideal of course. This is also the reason why the rent is so cheap - usually its 40% higher. So a great flat for someone that is outside a lot and when inside enjoys the beautiful interior rather than looking outside the window :) German: Super spacious and beautiful flat in the heart of Friedrichshain. We love this flat, but found another one permanently, so we give up this one until 10.5. The flat has a very cozy vibe, lots of plants and there is much love in every detail. You will love it here. Also the area is perfect to be actually everywhere really fast - be it cafes, restaurants, clubs or parks. The only not so nice thing about the flat, is that there is a tarp infront of the house, as there will be some construction work. This is on the other hand also the reason why the flat is so super cheap for the size, area and quality. Usually the rent is 35% higher. So ideal for someone who enjoys a lovely flat, while also being outside a lot, so that the view outside the windows is not the most imporant thing. :) (by the way: the tarp is see-through, so there is still a looot of light in the flat!)
