English: You can expect a bright attic apartment with a spacious living room to relax and a cozy bedroom (double bed 1.60 m x 2 m) for a restful sleep. In the living room, the sofa bed (1.40 m x 2 m) can be used. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be self-sufficient: Refrigerator, sink, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery. Basics, such as spices, coffee and tea are available free of charge. There are also enough pots, pans, cutting boards and sharp knives. In the bathroom there is a bathtub incl. shower wall. So both the shower and bath type will feel comfortable. Clean grout, a decent hairdryer for the ladies, as well as towels are self-evident and included ;-). Normally this is my own non-smoking home. This makes the apartment stand out from most other Airbnb's, because here is really lived, which speaks for the coziness factor - be it the real plants or my books, which you are also welcome to browse. To the stable WiFi with 50 MBit/s you get of course the password. German: Euch erwartet eine helle Dachgeschosswohnung mit großzügigem Wohnzimmer zum Entspannen und einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett 1,60 m x 2 m) für erholsamen Schlaf. Im Wohnzimmer kann die Schlafcouch (1,40 m x 2 m) genutzt werden. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allem, was ihr braucht, um euch selbst zu versorgen: Kühlschrank, Spüle, Ceran-Kochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Besteck. Basics, wie Gewürze, Kaffee und Tee stehen euch kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Auch ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen, Schneidebretter und scharfe Messer sind vorhanden. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne inkl. Duschwand. So fühlt sich sowohl der Dusch- als auch der Badetyp wohl. Saubere Fugen, ein ordentlicher Föhn für die Damen, sowie Handtücher sind selbstverständlich und inklusive. ;-) Normalerweise ist dies mein eigenes Nichtraucher-Zuhause. Dadurch hebt sich die Wohnung von den meisten anderen Airbnb's ab, denn hier wird wirklich gelebt, was für den Gemütlichkeitsfaktor spricht – seien es die echten Pflanzen oder meine Bücher, die ihr auch gerne durchstöbern könnt. Zum stabilen WiFi mit 50 MBit/s bekommt ihr natürlich das Passwort.
