The apartment is in a small courtyard of a restored historic building complex, 2nd floor. It has high ceilings and is elegantly furnished with contemporary, antique and colonial pieces of furniture. The spacious living/dining area has 2 comfortable couches, TV, a side table, a dining table and four chairs. A comfortable double bed (, premium mattress) and a wardrobe are in the bedroom. The kitchen has a big refrigerator/freezer, a new electric stove (new ceran) with oven, a microwave, a coffee and a Nespresso machine and a complete set of cooking wares, glassware, dishes and cutlery. There is a bathtub/shower in the neat bathroom with a window, where the washing machine and dryer are placed.
