Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 43 m² in Berlin

English: M y beautiful apartment in Berlin-Moabit (Mitte) is unfortunately empty all the time as I am currently living with my boyfriend.
Nevertheless, my personal belongings are on site.
For your information, I would be happy to rent my apartment to you if you need it for a few days, weeks or even months. Unfortunately not for several years!
The apartment offers everything you need, kitchen, washing machine, bathtub, sofa, bed & a nice roof terrace.
The warm rent with all additional costs is currently 1100€ - we can also find a solution for everything here, especially for those interested if it is only for a few days or weeks. ☺️
I would like to give reliable people the opportunity, as a lot of trust plays a role here.

Meine schöne Wohnung in Berlin-Moabit (Mitte) steht leider die ganze Zeit leer, da ich aktuell bei meinem Freund wohne.
Dennoch sind meine privaten Sachen vor Ort.
Für euch zur Info, ich vermiete meine Wohnung liebend gerne an euch, wenn der Bedarf besteht für einige Tage, Wochen oder auch Monate. Leider nicht für mehrere Jahren!
Die Wohnung bietet alles was ihr benötigt, Küche, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Sofa, Bett & eine schöne Dachterasse.
Die Warmmiete beträgt mit allen Nebenkosten aktuell 1100€ - auch hier können wir für alles eine Lösung finden, besonders für Interessenten wenn es nur um ein paar Tage oder Wochen geht. ☺️
Ich möchte gern zuverlässige Leuten die Möglichkeit geben, da hier viel vertrauen eine Rolle spielt.
