Our 40 m2 city apartments are functionally furnished and offer space for a maximum of two students, business travellers or cosmopolitans. Sufficient storage space is guaranteed by a wardrobe in the hallway and a spacious built-in wardrobe in the separate bedroom. In this small but nice place of cosiness you will sleep in a comfortable double bed. In the rooms, wonderfully light wood and maritime furniture complement each other, underlining the new building character of the entire Checkpoint Plaza. Location: The apartments in Checkpoint Plaza are located in Charlottenstraße, which is also home to the Gendarmenmarkt, one of the most beautiful squares in Europe. Meanwhile, the Gendarmenmarkt and its sophisticated surroundings are again visited and admired by many. After the completion of the peripheral buildings, the ensemble of Schinkel's Schauspielhaus (today's concert house) with its magnificent open staircase and the two flanking cathedrals (the German one on the left, the French one on the right) offer a fascinating sight.
