1 room apartment of 85 m² in Stuttgart

English: We are looking for the time from (+\-) - interim tenants for our beautiful Bad Cannstatt Altstadt loft, as we are going abroad for a few months. The loft is fully equipped and furnished with all household appliances etc. It consists of a large room (80sqm), which is separated by three steps and half walls, the daylight bathroom is separate and has two sinks, toilet, a shower and a bathtub, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. (See pictures) Due to the special layout, the loft is more suitable for single persons or couples. The location is very central and is in the beautiful old town of Bad Cannstatt, here you will find everything you need, bakeries, shops, drugstore, supermarkets, etc.. Several underground stations are within 2-5 minutes walking distance, the railway station Bad Cannstatt (regional train and S-Bahn) in 7 minutes on foot, generally you are super fast at the main station. A viewing would be possible on site as well as online. (We're currently offering the loft via Airbnb when we're travelling, so theoretically it would also be possible to try it out ) Please get in touch if you have any questions. We look forward to hearing from you German: Wir suchen für die Zeit vom (+\-) - Zwischenmieter für unser schönes Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt Altstadt Loft, da wir für ein paar Monate ins Ausland gehen. Das Loft ist vollständig mit . jeglichen Haushaltsgeräten etc. ausgestattet und möbliert. Es besteht aus einen großen Raum (80qm) , welche durch jeweils drei Treppenstufen und halbe Wände noch einmal separiert ist, das Tageslichtbad ist separat und verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, Toilette, eine Dusche und eine Badewanne, ebenso gibt es eine Waschmaschine im Bad. (Siehe Bilder) Durch die besondere Aufteilung ist das loft eher für Einzelpersonen oder Paare geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und liegt in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Bad Cannstatt, hier gibt es alles was man braucht, Bäcker, Läden, Drogeriemarkt, Supermärkte, etc. Mehrere U-bahn Haltestellen sind in 2-5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, der Bahnhof Bad Cannstatt (Regionalbahn und S-Bahn) in 7 Minuten zu Fuß, generell ist man super schnell am Hauptbahnhof. Eine Besichtigung wäre vor Ort als auch online möglich. (Aktuell bietet für das Loft, wenn wir unterwegs sind, auch über Airbnb an, theoretisch wäre also auch ein Probewohnen möglich ;) ) Meldet euch gerne bei Fragen. Wir freuen uns von euch zu hören ☺️
