Perfect for a family of up to 4, a couple - or somebody who really enjoys, well, space. Playgrounds, supermarkets and all sorts of other amenities around the corner. I am sub-letting the flat fully furnished and equipped with everything, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cutlery/crockery etc pp (optional: toys. Lots of them, which I would otherwise of course remove). There is also a bicycle room and an underground parking garage with direct elevator access, should one be inclined to use such things. IMPORTANT: The flat is available for up to 3 months, but I will consider shorter bookings of >4 weeks. Perfekt für ein Paar, eine Familie mit einem bzw. zwei Kindern (wenn eines klein genug ist...) oder einen Single mit viel Spaß an viel Platz.
